The Walking Dead is an American post-apocalyptic horror television series developed for television by Frank Darabont and based on the animated series in progress, The Walking Dead by Robert Kirkman, Moore, Tony and Charlie Adlard. The series focuses on a small group of survivors led by Deputy Sheriff Rick Grimes and his family.
Walking Dead tells the aftermath of the Zombie Apocalypse, followed by a small group of family and travel around the desert in the United States to seek a new home from hordes of undead shuffling (or "walkers"). The story focuses mainly on the human side of the post-apocalyptic world and the way to fight the human race survives. Team was led by Rick Grimes, who was a deputy sheriff in a small town in Georgia, before the outbreak of zombies. Their situation becomes increasingly dangerous, the group desperate to survive pushes them to the brink of madness. At every turn, are unbearable horrors, who will take the dead to walk again, changing the dynamic team as well as in front of hostility scattered remnants of the human struggle with people who are focused on survival, is now one of the structures of global society have collapsed.
